WBCHSE 12th Result 2025 Declared: 90.79% Students Pass Uchcha Madhyamik Exam

WBCHSE : The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has declared the class 12th board exam results today, May 1, 2025. Students who appeared for the Class 12th examination can now check and download their West Bengal Board Class 12th Result 2025 through the official website – wbchse.wb.gov.in.

A total of 482948 candidates registered for the West Bengal Board HS exam, of which 473919 appeared and 4,30,286 passed. This year, the overall pass percentage for the West Bengal Class 12 HS results is 90.79%. Male students recorded a pass rate of 92.38%, while the pass percentage for female students stood at 88.18%.

West Bengal Board 12th Result 2025: 72 Students In Top 10 

Rupayan Pal secured the top rank in the West Bengal HS Uccha Madhyamik Examination 2025, scoring an outstanding 497 marks out of 500, which translates to 99.4%. This year, a total of 72 students have made it to the top 10 merit list, reflecting an exceptional level of academic performance across the state.

Purba Medinipur district has emerged as the top-performing district, registering an impressive pass percentage of 95.74%. It is followed by North 24 Parganas with 93.53%, and Kolkata, which recorded a close 93.43% pass rate.

Step 1: Visit the official website, wbchse.wb.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for WBCHSE Class 12 Results

Step 3: A new page will open. Enter your roll number and date of birth

Step 4: Click on the submit button and your West Bengal Class 12 Result 2025 will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download your result and take a printout for future use

It is important to note that the result link will be activated at 2 PM on May 7, 2025. Hard copies of mark sheets and pass certificates will be distributed to the respective institutions from the designated 55 distribution centres on May 8, 2025, starting at 10 AM.
