UPSSSC Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024 Notification Released, 2702 Posts On Offer
UPSSSC : The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced the recruitment of Junior Assistant positions across various departments. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for these posts on the official website, upsssc.gov.in, from December 23 to January 22, 2025.
According to the official schedule, candidates will also have the option to make changes to their application forms and avail of a fee adjustment facility until January 29, 2025.
The drive aims to fill a total of 2,702 vacant posts in the department, including 1,099 for the Unreserved Categories, 583 for the Scheduled Caste, 64 for Scheduled Tribes, 718 for Other Backward Classes, and 238 for Economically Weaker Sections.
UPSSSC Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: To apply, candidates must have cleared Class 12 from any recognised board. They must have a speed of typing 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words in English. They must also have a CCC certificate in computer operation awarded by DOEACC Society or any equivalent certificate.
Age limit: The candidate must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of July 1, 2024.

Candidates must pay a processing fee of Rs 25. The payment for the non-refundable application fee can be made by SBI E Challan, Internet Banking, credit card, or debit card.
UPSSSC Junior Assistant Recruitment 2024: Exam Pattern
The written examination will be conducted in a single shift and will comprise a total of 100 MCQ-type questions. For every right answer, candidates will be rewarded with one mark each, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong attempt. The UPSSSC Junior Assistant exam date will be announced later.
