UP Police Recruitment: Constable Result 2024 Declared, Around 1.74 Lakh Clear Exam

UP Police Recruitment : The results of the written examination of Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment have been released on the official website at uppbpb.gov.in. Through the recruitment drive, a total of 60,244 posts of UP Police Constable will be filled. Over 48 lakh applications were received, out of which 34,060 candidates appeared in the examination. Of this, 1,74,316 candidates have cleared the exam. The cut off for the written examination of police recruitment has also been announced which is 214. The examinations were held on August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Constable written examination was successfully conducted on August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31 at 1,174 exam centres in 67 districts across the state. The recruitment test was conducted in two shifts, the first one from 10 am to noon and the second one from 3 pm to 5 pm.

Step 1: Visit the official website, uppbpb.gov.in.

Step 2: On the home page, look for the UP Police Constable result tab and click on it.

Step 3: Then, candidates will be redirected to the UP Police result, where they have to log in by providing the requested information.

Step 4: Once done, submit, and the UP Police Result 2024 PDF will open on your screen.

Step 5: Go through the same or check for your roll number or registration number.

Step 6: Download and save a copy of the exam result and take a printout for future reference.

Candidates undergo a four-tiered selection process. It involves written tests, and physical tests which include the Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test, followed by document verification, and medical tests. Candidates who have cracked the written exam should prepare for the next stages of the selection process. In this round, male candidates will have to complete a run of 4.8 km in 25 minutes. Whereas female candidates will have to complete a 2.4 km run in 14 minutes.
