UP NEET UG 2024: Revised Counselling Schedule Announced With Extended Deadline

UP NEET UG 2024 : The Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Lucknow, has revised the schedule for the second round of Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility Entrance Test Undergraduate (UP NEET UG) counselling 2024. The aspirants can access the revised timetable on the official UP NEET website—upneet.gov.in. As per the new schedule, registration and online choice filling have been extended until September 19. As per the new schedule, the registration window for the second round of counselling has reopened on September 14. The merit list will be released on September 20. The shortlisted candidates can fill in their choices from September 23 to 26. After the candidates have downloaded the seat allotment letters by October 30, they can join the admissions to be held on October 1, 3 and 5.

Counselling Fee for Round 2

The candidates willing to participate in Round 2 counselling have to pay security money of Rs 30,000 for seats in government colleges. They will have to pay Rs 2,00,000 for the seats in the private medical colleges. It is compulsory to deposit Rs 1,00,000 for private dental colleges. Candidates participating in the second round of counselling will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 2000.

How to register for UP NEET UG Counselling 2024?

Step 1: Click on the official website, upneet.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for the UP NEET UG Counselling registration link and click on it.

Step 3: Fill in the necessary information like NEET UG Score, Registration Certificate, Date of birth and a Valid Govt ID Proof.

Step 4: Submit the application fee and click on submit.

Step 5: Download and take a hard copy of the form for future purposes.
