Odisha Police Recruitment : The Odisha Police State Selection Board will issue the admit cards for the Constable/Sepoy recruitment examination for various battalions of the Odisha Police soon. Once out, candidates applying for the examination can check and download their hall ticket IDs through the official website, odishapolice.gov.in by using their login credentials.

The official notification reads, “The e-admit card for the vacancy of Constables/Sepoys in Battalions will be made available very soon on the Odisha Police State Selection Board (OPSSB) website. Candidates are advised to regularly check the portal to download their admit cards.”

How to download the Odisha Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Admit cards? Follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the official website- odishapolice.gov.in.

Step 2: After reaching the homepage, click on the Odisha Police Constable Admit card link.

Step 3: Key in your login credentials and click on submit.

Step 4: The Odisha Police Recruitment Exam 2024 Admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Check the information mentioned on the admit card and take a printout of it.

Note that, every candidate must bring a hard copy of their official hall ticket ID to the examination center, otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 2,030 Sepoy/Constable vacancies in the Odisha Police. Initially, the SSB announced the openings for only 1,360 posts and later added another 720 seats.

Odisha Police Constable Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process for the Sepoy/Constable vacancies includes a Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE), a Measurement of Physical standard and Physical Efficiency Test, a driving test and a medical examination.

The exam will consist of a total of 100 MCQ-type questions carrying one mark each. However, for any wrong attempt, 0.25 marks will be deducted. The test will be conducted for a duration of two hours.

The SSB changed the deadline to submit the application form twice. Earlier the last date to submit the registration form was October 13 which was extended up to October 30. However, as directed by the Odisha High Court, the deadline was further extended until November 15.
