National Award to Teachers: The Ministry of Education has invited applications for the National Award to Teachers 2024. The National Award to Teachers 2024 nomination window is open on the official portal – nat.aicte-india.org. As per the official website, the last date to nominate for the National Award to Teachers 2024 is June 20.

Designation for the honor are to be submitted through the internet based gateway, Rashtriya Puraskar Entryway, awards.gov.in, following the endorsed design. A framework created OTP will be utilized for accommodation, and an email notice will likewise be shipped off the top of the foundation.

According to the authority leaflet, the goal of the Public Honor to Educators 2024 in Higher Instructive Foundations (HEIs) is to recognize the commitments made by extraordinary employees the country over and compliment them for their responsibility and endeavors, especially in instructing and teaching method. National Award to Teachers 2024: Eligibility
The National Award to Teachers 2024 is available to faculty members working in colleges, universities, higher educational institutions, and polytechnics throughout India, provided they meet the following criteria:

Regular faculty: Nominees must hold a regular teaching position.
Teaching experience: They should have a minimum of five years of full-time teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.

Age limit: Nominees must not exceed 55 years of age as of the application deadline.
Ineligibility of certain positions: Vice-Chancellors, Directors, and Principals (whether regular or officiating) are ineligible to apply. However, individuals who have previously held these positions but are still below 55 years of age and actively employed are eligible.
