The test comprises two papers — Paper 1 which is a General Paper focused on Teaching and Research Aptitude and Paper 2 which is a Subject-Specific Paper aligned with the candidate’s chosen field of study. Both exam papers are held one after the other without any break, lasting a total of three hours. Each correct answer is worth two marks, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers, so candidates can attempt all questions without worry. The answer key of the exam is expected to be released soon, however, an official confirmation by the commission is yet to be announced.
