NIT Patna :A golden opportunity has arisen for those seeking to secure a job at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, Bihar. Recruitment has been announced for the position of assistant professor with different grades, including Grade 2 and Grade 1, as well as professor. Interested candidates must submit their application offline, with the hard copy to be submitted by April 30.
Vacancies
NIT Patna has vacancies for the following posts:
- Assistant Professor Grade-2: 30
- Assistant Professor Grade-1: 10
- Associate Professor: 8
- Professor: 6
Eligibility
Different qualifications are required for each post. Candidates should possess a PhD degree in the relevant field. Along with this, a B.Tech/BE/BS or an integrated UG/PG degree in engineering with at least 60% marks is required. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience from a recognised institution.
Selection Process
Candidates will be initially shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. After this, they will be asked to give a presentation and attend an interview. Final selection will be made based on these assessments.
