Indian Oil Corporation : Indian Oil Corporation, an integrated oil company in India has invited applications to fill the positions of law officers for the government job aspirants. Candidates who have the required qualifications to meet the criteria for the jobs can apply by going on the IOC’s official website, ie- https://iocl.com/. There are a total of 12 vacancies rolled out by the Indian Oil Corporation. Of these 12 vacancies, 6 are from the general category while 1 is from the Economically Weaker Section. 3 vacancies are from the Other Backwards Class (Non-Creamy Layer). 1 is from the Scheduled Caste (SC) and the remaining is from the Scheduled Tribes (ST) category.

Eligibility

Anyone applying for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) recruitment must have passed his graduation with an LLB (Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Legislative Laws) degree. The candidates should have also pursued a 5-year integrated LLB degree from any recognised university or institute.

4. Age limit

The maximum age limit for candidates who belong to the General/EWS category is 30 years. Age relaxation is given for candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST and PWBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) categories.

5. IOC’s selection procedure

Candidates who are applying for these posts will be short-listed based on their marks in the PG CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) 2024 exam. After this, there will be a Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI) round.

6. Remuneration

The selected candidates will receive a starting basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- per

month. They shall be placed in the pay scale of Rs.50,000 – 1,60,000. In addition, the selected aspirants will receive Dearness Allowance.
