IIT-Madras Invites Applications from Working Professionals for Its Executive MBA Programme
IIT-Madras : If you are among those who dreamed of studying at IIT after Class 12 but were unable to fulfil that dream for any reason, now is your chance to pursue it.
The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at IIT-Madras has invited applications for its Executive MBA (EMBA) program. This course is specially designed for mid-career professionals, enabling them to acquire contemporary knowledge and leadership skills in management. This two-year degree course commencing from January 2025, will conduct classes on alternate weekends (Saturday-Sunday), accommodating the busy schedule of working professionals.
HOW TO GET ADMISSION?
Candidates applying for this course do not require to take the CAT exam, but must hold a graduation degree in any stream with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD). Applicants also need a minimum of three years of work experience after their undergraduate degree by December 31, 2024.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND SELECTION PROCESS
The last date to apply for this course is October 20, and interested candidates have to register
Candidates selected based on their applications will need to clear a written aptitude test and personal interview conducted by IIT-Madras on the campus itself. The written examination will be held on November 8, 9 and 10, 2024, and will assess professional skills, logical reasoning, quantitative ability and verbal aptitude.
Results will be declared by December 2024, and the course will commence by January 2025.
APPLICATION FEE
Candidates applying for this course will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1,500.
