GATE 2025 Toppers Announced: Check Full List Of Subject-Wise Rank 1 Holders

GATE 2025 : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 toppers list, featuring top rankers from each branch along with their marks. The results were declared on March 19, and 28 candidates achieved a perfect GATE score of 1000. Candidates can download their GATE 2025 scorecards from March 28 to May 31.

In the GATE 2025 toppers list, Rahul Kumar Singh secured the highest raw score. He was followed by Sadineneni Nikhil Chowdary, who scored 96.33 marks in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA). Rajneesh Bijarniya ranked next with 95.33 marks in Mechanical Engineering (ME). In the Humanities and Social Sciences (Psychology) category, Sajna Shukla achieved a raw score of 89.

The GATE 2025 exam was conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 in two shifts for 30 subjects. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level exam that assesses the understanding of undergraduate subjects in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts, and Humanities.

GATE 2025 scorecards will be valid for 3 years for students aiming for MTech programs. However, PSU recruitment eligibility varies. Most PSUs accept only the current year’s GATE score, while some might consider scores from the previous year. Aspirants should check each PSU’s recruitment policy for GATE score validity.
