CUET UG 2025 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to postpone the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate courses. As of May 6, 2025, NTA has not yet released the CUET UG 2025 city intimation slip. The exam, originally scheduled to commence on May 8, is expected to be rescheduled.
According to sources, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has informed the University Grants Commission (UGC) that it will not be able to conduct the CUET UG as per the originally scheduled dates. A meeting between the NTA and UGC is expected to take place today to finalise the exam date.
Sources in the Ministry told News18 that there is no confirmation on the CUET exam date yet.
The revised exam schedule, along with the city intimation slips and admit cards is expected be announced soon on the official website at cuet.nta.nic.in .
The delay in CUET preparations is reportedly due to the agency’s recent focus on conducting the NEET-UG exam, held last Sunday. The NTA has now sought additional time from the UGC — which oversees the examination — to carry out CUET UG smoothly.
