CUET UG 2024 datesheet will be announced based on registration data, election dates

CUET UG 2024: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 date sheet will be announced after the last date of registrations on the basis of number of registered candidates, geographical distribution, and election dates, said University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar on social media. CUET UG 2024 registration window will close on March 26.

Kumar explained that CUET UG 2024 will be directed between May 15 and May 31, “as reported prior”. The UGC boss informed that two test dates cross-over with the Lok Sabha political race dates on May 20 and 25.

“After the last date for finishing up applications on Walk 26, 2024, we will know the quantity of understudies enlisted for CUET-UG and their geological circulation. In light of this information and the political decision dates, NTA will report the date sheet for CUET-UG somewhere in the range of 15 and 31 May,” Kumar said in a post on X.

The assertion comes after the declaration of Lok Sabha political race dates. There were hypotheses that the selection test dates could get reconsidered or deferred because of Lok Sabha decisions 2024. Kumar had before said that CUET UG test dates are probably going to be changed because of conflict with the impending Lok Sabha general races 2024

Prior, the NTA purportedly expressed that there will be no progressions in the test dates of Joint Placement test (JEE) Principal 2024 meeting 2 and the Public Qualification Entry Test (NEET) UG 2024.

This year, CUET UG test will be held in mixture mode – – pen and paper mode and PC based test mode. The quantity of subjects have been decreased to six.
