Bihar BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha 2024: Candidates Can Now Rectify Mistakes In Certificates

BSEB : A significant update has been released by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) for teachers who have cleared the Sakshamta Pariksha 2024 Phase 2 (Local Body Teachers Competency Test). As per News18 Hindi, this update is crucial for teachers who sought counselling after passing the competency exam, but the department would not provide it because their documentation was deemed questionable.

These teachers now have the opportunity to rectify their certifications, thanks to the education department. In addition, the department has published two separate dates for candidates to update their certificates.

It is important to note that there is a facility until Monday, November 4 to rectify small errors in the detail entry. Those who have multiple questionable documents have until November 11 to rectify them, Hindi News18 further mentioned. In this regard, District Education Officer (DEO) Yogesh Kumar has also written a letter following directives from the department.

Furthermore, reports state that some teacher candidates had their names, dates of birth, gender, and UID numbers found to be incorrect or to have been entered incorrectly during biometric verification for counselling purposes. As a result, it was impossible to verify their document. Hence, the application for a change of details will be completed by these candidates and sent to the DEO office by November 4. Following that, the other counselling work will begin.

Meanwhile, the application format has also been made public in the guidelines that District Education Officer (DEO) Yogesh Kumar has given. Moreover, those who have multiple doubtful documents have been given a chance. These applicants have until November 11 to upload the appropriate certificate to the website using their login credentials. “This is the final opportunity for correction,” the DEO stated as per News18 Hindi.

Based on the application for rectification that was received, the establishment’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) will update the website with the proper information. The mobile number and Aadhaar number will remain unchanged. Teachers who want to apply for a change will need to go through the biometric process once more. Teachers who have passed the competency test will have their documents verified at the DRCC in Basdila. There are reports that more than 700 teachers’ documents were found to be suspicious.
