Bihar 12th Board Exam 2025: BSEB Revises Dress Code Guidelines Due To Cold Weathe

Bihar 12th Board : The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has issued a notice to Class 12 students, their parents, and exam centre authorities regarding an update to the dress code for the BSEB Inter Examination 2025. The official notice, which initially prohibited students from wearing shoes and socks in the exam hall, now permits them to wear shoes and socks due to the cold weather conditions.

The decision regarding new guidelines for shoes and socks will be reviewed again by the authority after February 5, 2025, and action will be taken accordingly, stated the BSEB.

“Considering the current weather conditions and in the interest of the students, students will be allowed to enter the examination hall wearing shoes and socks for the Intermediate Annual Examination, 2025, which is to be held between February 1, 2025, and February 5, 2025. The decision regarding this matter will be reviewed again after February 5, 2025, and necessary action will be taken accordingly,” reads the official notification.

Bihar Board Inter Exam 2025 Reporting Time

According to the official schedule, the Bihar Board Class 12th exam will be held from February 1 to February 15, 2025. The exams will be conducted in two shifts – from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.

The BSEB has recently issued guidelines for students taking the BSEB Bihar Board Inter exam 2025, advising them to arrive at the exam centre according to the reporting time listed on their admit cards. As per the BSEB instructions, for the first shift, entry will begin at 8:30 am and the main gate will close at 9 am. For the second shift, entry will start at 1 pm, with the main gate closing at 1:30 pm.

The BSEB has already issued the admit cards for Intermediate final examinations. The board asked the Principals and heads of schools to download the Bihar Board Class 12th Admit Card for the students who are scheduled to appear in the examination through the official website – seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com.
