UPSC ESE Mains 2024 Detailed Application Form Released

UPSC ESE Mains 2024 : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the Detailed Application Form (DAF) for those who have qualified in the Engineering Services (Mains) Examination (ESE). Candidates can now fill out the DAF form by visiting the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in. As per the official notice, the last date to fill out the DAF form is Wednesday, August 21, 2024, up to 6 pm. Only after filling out the DAF form, will candidates be able to appear in the personality test round of the UPSC ESE Mains exam.

On July 30, 2024, the Engineering Services (Mains) Examination, 2024, which was held on June 23, 2024, was declared the result. According to the official notice, “All Mains Qualified Candidates are required to fill out the Detailed Application Form (DAF) in accordance with the Rules of the Examination for attending the Personality Test of Engineering Services Examination (ESE), 2024,” which is available on the Union Public Service Commission’s website (https://upsconline.nic.in) from 12.08.2024 to 21.08.2024 until 6:00 p.m.

UPSC ESE Mains 2024: How To Fill DAF
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC at upsconline.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, go to the ‘DAF for Various exams of UPSC’ section and click on the ‘DAF’ link for ‘ESE Mains 2024’.

Step 3: Then register yourself on the portal.

Step 4: After logging in, fill out the UPSC DAF 2024 form and upload all the documents.

Step 5: Cross-check all the details before submitting it.

The candidature will be revoked if the DAF or supporting documents are not submitted by the UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2024 deadline.

Scannable documents proving the applicant’s date of birth, category (SC/ST/OBC ‘OBC Annexure (for OBC category only)’ and EWS ‘EWS Annexure (for EWS category only)’ are required for the online Detailed Application Form (DAF). Other than the online form, which the UPSC may make available on its website, no other method of receiving the DAF or supporting documents will be accepted.
