UoH PhD Admission 2024: Hyderabad University clarifies on admission via CSIR, UGC NET score
UoH PhD Admission 2024: University of Hyderabad (UoH) has started the registration for PhD admission for the academic year 2024-25. In this regard, the university clarified that among the 8 PhD programmes offered through UoH entrance exam, two subjects, PhD Regional Studies and PhD Neural and Cognitive Studies, will now be offered based on CSIR UGC NET and UGC NET score.
In accordance with the order that was issued on May 27 by the University Grants Commission (UGC), the university made the announcement that it had decided to adopt the UGC NET scores for admission into PhD programs.
The Public Testing Organization (NTA) conducts the UGC-NET test 2024 for sociology, humanities. the board studies and software engineering streams. Additionally, the NTA conducts the Joint CSIR-UGC NET test 2024 for substance sciences; atmospheric earth; sea and planetary sciences; sciences of life; numerical sciences; and the natural sciences. The application window for UGC NET June 2024 and CSIR UGC-NET is now shut.
The last date to apply for Hyderabad College PhD confirmation 2024 is June 18. Application structure must be submitted through the authority site, uohyd.ac.in.
The college will direct the placement test for PhD Applied Etymology; Studies in Translation for PhD; Doctorate in Optometry and Visual Science; PhD Nanoscience and Innovation; PhD Materials Designing; Masters in Regional Studies; PhD English Language Studies; furthermore, PhD Brain and Mental Science. The nitty gritty notice in regards to the selection test will be given soon on the authority site, uohyd.ac.in. A sum of 355 PhD seats will be filled through NET and UoH placement tests.
