UGC NET 2024 application fee payment window closes today; correction facility from May 21
UGC NET 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2024 application fee payment window today, May 20. Candidates who have registered for the exam can pay the UGC NET 2024 application fee by visiting the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
UGC NET 2024 test will be directed on June 18. The assessment will be held for 83 subjects in OMR (pen and paper) design. The exam will be given for three different types of positions in Indian universities and colleges: appointment as assistant professor and award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as assistant professor and admission to PhD, and admission to PhD only.
Candidates will be able to make changes to the UGC NET 2024 application form they have already submitted. From May 21 to May 23, the UGC NET 2024 correction window will be open. Candidates will be able to edit their personal information, academic credentials, exam city preferences, and upload photos during the UGC NET 2024 correction window.
To finish the registration process, candidates will have to pay the UGC NET 2024 application fee. The enlistment expense for UGC NET 2024 is Rs 1,150 for general candidates and Rs 600 for other in reverse classes (OBC-NCL). On the other hand, the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Transgender applicants’ UGC NET 2024 application fees are Rs 325.
