The UGC NET 2023 Application Form was made available on December 29, 2022. The exam date has been set. It will take place from June 13 to June 22, 2023. The exam will be held twice a year, in June 2023 and December 2022.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will administer the University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) exam. The “Assistant Professor” or “Junior Research Fellowship & Assistant Professor Programme” is a national-level eligibility test for Indian students

UGC NET 2023: HOW TO APPLY
- visit the NTA’s official website.
- Select the “Register Here” link on the homepage.
- Enter information like your name, phone number, email address, Aadhar number, parent’s name, and so on.
- Log in using the OTP sent to your registered phone number and email address.
- Completion of the procedure and other educational and requested information
- Upload a signature and photograph in the size of a passport in jpg format.
- Recheck all of the information on the application form before sending it in.
- Submit the application fee in accordance with your category now.
- A confirmation page will appear on your computer screen after the fee has been submitted.
- Print it out and keep it safe for later use.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must possess a master’s degree from a recognized board or university.
- Percentage: The applicant must have a minimum grade point average of 55%, with 50% coming from OBC, SC, ST, PwD, or third-gender students.
- Age Standards: Candidates for JRF must not be older than 31 years old. Candidates from the reserved category will have their age reduced by five years. Assistant Professors will not be restricted in age.
- Appearing: The UGC NET 2023 is open to applicants who will be finishing their senior year in 2023.
