SheRNI: The University Grants Commission’s (UGC), Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre has launched the She Research Network in India (SheRNI) today, Saturday, March 9. The initiative aims to ensure that women scientists are represented equally across various research domains.

As per the UGC, the SheRNI site would associate 81,818 profiles of Indian ladies working in the area of science and exploration.

“UGC needs to guarantee portrayal and perceivability for the commitments of ladies researchers and employees, remembering them as one of the center mainstays of a created India through their exploration results and versatile arrangements”, UGC Director M Jagadesh Kumar said.
