NLSIU signs agreement with SIAC on arbitration courses
NLSIU: The National Law School of India University (NLSIU) has signed an agreement with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) to promote worldwide practices in the field of arbitration through curriculum development, lectures, seminars, and internships.
Since 2012, SIAC and NLSIU have worked together to host an annual International Arbitration Moot and Conference. The understanding endorsed among NLSIU and the SIAC will fortify this organization by making another module on “SIAC and Institutional Discretion” and incorporate it into the current educational plan.
