NITTTRs in Bhopal, Kolkata, Chennai, Chandigarh declared deemed universities

NITTTRs : Four National Institutes of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTRs) have been granted deemed-to-be university status under the distinct category. The Ministry of Education, on recommendation of the University Grants Commission (UGC), declared NITTTR Bhopal, NITTTR Kolkata, NITTTR Chennai, and NITTTR Chandigarh as institutions deemed-to-be universities subject to fulfillment of certain conditions.

The considered colleges should satisfy conditions, for example, beginning new projects in a joint effort with top foundations, starting exploration and doctoral projects, doing whatever it may take to get courses and establishment evaluated for substantial license by the Public Leading body of Certification and the Public Appraisal and Certification Gathering (NAAC), partaking in the Public Institutional Positioning Structure (NIRF) rankings, and make Scholarly Bank of Credit (ABC) IDs for understudies, among others.
