The first shift of the JEE Main 2023 session 1 exam will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the second shift will run from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The first shift of the JEE Mains begins at 9 a.m., and the second shift ends at 1 p.m. The JEE Main 2023 admit card must be carried to the testing center.

There are two papers for JEE Main 2023. BArch (paper 2A) and BPlanning (paper 2B) will be held on January 28, 2023, while paper 1, or BE, BTech, will be held on January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 and February 1. Multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and numerical questions will be asked on the JEE exam.

The JEE Mains admit card for 2023 must be carried by candidates to the exam center. A JEE Main self-declaration form is also included on the admit card, which contains exam day guidelines for candidates to follow on test day. At the end of the exam, candidates are required to give the invigilator their JEE Main 2023 admit card, self-declaration form, and the rough exam pages.

Candidates taking the JEE Main 2023 exam today are required to carry any original and current photo identification proof in addition to the admit card. A valid photo ID, such as a school identity card, PAN card, driving license, voter’s ID, passport, ration card with a photograph, e-aadhaar card with a photograph, Class 12 board exam admit card with a photograph, or bank passbook with a photograph, are all examples of acceptable forms of identification.

There will not be a specific JEE Main 2023 dress code that must be followed, but the exam center will not allow large buttons on clothing or shoes with thick soles. In the meantime, applicants who submitted multiple JEE Main 2023 application forms for the January session exam have been denied admission by the NTA. According to the NTA, the exam for these candidates is not scheduled for January 24 and 25, 2023.

The NTA said in a statement on Monday, January 23, that these candidates’ applications are being looked at and that their candidature has been put on hold. Candidates will not be permitted to appear for JEE Main 2023 during the current session until their identity has been established, and they have been notified via mail to do so.
