- Trade Certificate: Candidates should possess an ITI certificate in the COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) trade, which is affiliated with NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) or SCVT (State Council for Vocational Training).
- Age Limit: Candidates should be at least 15 years old and must not have exceeded 25 years of age as of June 1, 2023.
