IIT Roorkee: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and Bhagwanpur Industries Association (BIA), Haridwar collaborated to organise an awareness programme on the MSME innovative scheme. According to an agreement between the MSME ministry and IIT Roorkee, the MSME ministry nominated IIT Roorkee as the implementing agency to promote the MSME innovative scheme.
