IIT Madras launches new School of Sustainability

IIT Madras:
The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) has launched a new School of Sustainability today, October 7. The school seeks to teach new and interdisciplinary courses on sustainability, synergize research to tackle grand challenges and provide a platform to host events and showcase technologies that can help drive both practice and policy.
The new School of Sustainability has been conceptualized as a Focal point of Greatness and it will unite employees from across divisions and examination focuses of the Establishment.
As well as offering a minor course in manageability and an interdisciplinary experts program in the subject, the new school likewise plans to give an assortment of maintainability related limit building projects to working experts in online as well as face to face.
