DU UG Admission 2022: Last date to accept special spot round 2 seats today

Today, December 29, 2022, the window for accepting the special spot round 2 seats under DU UG Admission 2022 to various colleges will close. On the official admission.uod.ac.in website, candidates who have been given seats in the DU special spot round 2 2022 can accept those seats.

The applications will be processed by the colleges at DU between December 30 and 31. The admission fee for DU special spot round 2 must be paid by December 31. In the special spot round, DU has only allocated approximately 3,500 seats to students, and nearly 6,000 seats remain vacant across colleges.

All 70,000 college seats, according to a senior DU official, will not be filled this year. The university has allocated approximately 3,500 seats for the final spot admission round.

Haneet Gandhi, DU Dean of Admission, stated, “We will conclude the admission process for the academic session by December 31.” Found out if additional rounds will be declared, Gandhi said, “No, this is the last round for entrance into undergrad programs.”

” This indicates that 2,500 college seats will remain vacant even if the 3,500 candidates accept the seats that have been allocated. Delhi College’s confirmation cycle is led in three stages – – application process, inclination filling and seat distribution cum-affirmation.

This year, students will be admitted using the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) rather than their 12th grade grades. Off-campus colleges have a majority of unfilled seats. Additionally, the majority of these colleges have previously struggled to fill seats.
