The DU mentioned 46 colleges, including Ramjas College, Kirori Mal College, Hans Raj College, and Miranda House, where additional teaching and non-teaching positions are required, in the letter that was sent to the UGC. A duplicate of the letter is with PTI. There are 3,035 teaching and non-teaching positions needed in 46 colleges, according to the list.

At Hansraj College (92), the maximum number of additional teacher positions must be approved, followed by Gargi College (91). The three schools that need at least 80 instructors are Deshbandhu School (80), Dyal Singh School (81), and College School of Clinical Sciences (80). Essentially, the Hindu School and College School of Clinical Sciences require the most extreme number of non-showing authorities (75).
