World Students Day 2023: India celebrates birth anniversary of APJ Abdul Kalam today

World Students Day 2023: World Students Day 2023 is celebrated every year on the birth anniversary of former president APJ Abdul Kalam. He was the 11th president of India.

Albeit the day is called ‘World Understudies Day’, it isn’t seen by different nations. The Worldwide Understudies Day is praised on November 17. Then again, the Unified Countries has pronounced October 15 as International Day of Rural Women.

On the event, State leader Narendra Modi paid accolades for the researcher and previous president and said: ” Sincere recognition for previous President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, who was cherished by individuals for his modest way of behaving and excellent logical ability, on his introduction to the world commemoration. His unique commitment in country building will constantly be recollected with respect.”

Abdul Kalam during his residency as Leader of India somewhere in the range of 2002 and 2007 held regular collaborations with understudies.

He was known as “Individuals’ Leader” as the requests of the greatest office didn’t diminish his enthusiasm to meet with commoners, particularly understudies, a propensity he kept up with after his residency was finished. He was brought into the world in Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu in 1931 and died in 2015.

Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma posted Abdul Kalam’s quote and paid his tributed saying, “Dream is not the thing you see in sleep but is that thing that doesn’t let you sleep” This poignant quote from Bharat’s former President Shraddheya APJ Abdul Kalam is immortal and guides us in our dream to build a Sashakt Assam. On his jayanti today, remembering the people’s President with veneration.”
