UPSC ESE 2025 Prelims Time Table Released
UPSC ESE 2025 : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the official schedule for the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination (ESE) 2025. Candidates can now check and download the UPSC ESE Prelims 2025 timetable from the main site of the Commission – upsc.gov.in. According to the notice, the preliminary exam will be held on June 8 next year. The UPSC ESE Prelims test will be administered in two shifts. Paper 1 will be held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and Paper II will take place from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
During the first shift, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, candidates will appear for the Engineering Aptitude Paper (Paper-I) and General Studies Exam. There will be 200 marks on this objective paper, and applicants will get two hours to complete the exam.
The discipline-specific Paper II will be taken by candidates from the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunication Engineering departments in the second shift, scheduled from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This objective exam, carrying a total of 300 marks, must be completed within three hours.

Step 2: On the main page, click on the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2025 link.
Step 3: As a new page opens, the schedule will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Check all the details and download the page.
Meanwhile, the online registration process for the UPSC ESE Prelims 2025 exams is underway. Interested candidates can apply for the test atupsc.gov.in. Candidates can submit their application forms by November 22 this year. After the registration process, the application correction facility will open for candidates from November 23 to November 29, 2024.

– Search and click on the UPSC ESE 2025 registration link, on the homepage.
– First, register yourself on the portal, then proceed with the application form.
– After filling out the form, pay the essential fee and upload the documents (if required).
– Crosscheck all the details and submit the form as asked.
Candidates who pass the preliminary exam will be invited to appear for the Mains exam, scheduled for August 10 next year. This recruitment exam will be used to fill 457 vacancies within the organisation.
