UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist 2023 Mains exam time table released
The timetable for the Combined Geo-Scientist Mains exam in 2023 has been made available by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist exams will be given in two shifts on June 24 and June 25, according to the schedule.
Competitors showing up for the tests can check the time table on the authority site – upsc.nic.in. The first shift for UPSC combined geoscientists will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., while the second shift will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. On February 19, the preliminary exam was given.
The commission informed that competitors who have applied for determination to the posts of geologist, geophysicist or geophysics and scientific expert or synthetic will be expected to show up in the papers on June 24 and 25 though the people who have applied for choice to the post of hydrogeology will be expected to show up in geologist paper 1 and 2 on June 24 and just hydrogeology paper on June 25.
“His/her candidature shall stand rejected and part of written examination appeared by him/her shall not be evaluated and counted for any purpose,” the UPSC notification added. “If any Candidate fails to appear in any one or more of the above papers meant for written examination for selection to the post of Geologist, Geophysicist/Scientist ‘B’ Geophysics and Chemist/Scientist ‘B’ Chemical and Hydrogeology, his/her candidature shall stand rejected.
