UGC NET December 2022: NTA reschedules exam for candidates affected by technical issues
On March 11, the 77 candidates who were affected by technical issues will take the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the 77 computer science and application candidates, a new revised date will soon be announced. The UGC NET phase 4 exam is currently in progress, and on March 11, the NTA administered the sociology and computer science and applications exams at 229 locations to 66,212 candidates.
The exam was disrupted in the middle of the second shift at one UGC NET December 2022 exam center, Brilliance Advance Studies Delhi, and it took approximately one hour and ten minutes to resolve the issue. However, the looping issue was discovered, rectified, and the test was restarted, according to a statement released on March 11 by the NTA.
Also read: “Some candidates became ruthless and violent and switched off the MCB, which delayed the process of troubleshooting the network issue.” These scores will be used for the recruitment of HR trainees for POWERGRID in December 2022. The NTA statement added, “156 candidates completed the test after it had resumed, while 77 candidates left the center without finishing it.” The Brilliance Advance Studies Delhi center had 233 candidates out of a total of 363 available candidates.
In addition to stating that each candidate is being contacted individually, the NTA has provided a helpdesk number and email address for clarifications and queries. Ugcnet@nta.ac.in and 011-40759000 are these addresses.
