IIT Madras

IIT Delhi

Ranked number 2, IIT Delhi accepts students through GATE scores. The tuition fee for MTech at IIT Delhi ranges from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 10 lakh, depending on the specialisation.

IIT Bombay

IIT Bombay, ranked number 3 in the NIRF rankings, has tuition fees ranging from Rs 1.2 lakh to Rs 2.69 lakh, depending on the specific specialisation.

IIT Kanpur

Ranked number 4, IIT Kanpur charges around Rs 25,000 per semester for M.Tech students. SC/ST/PWD category students (excluding sponsored/part-time) receive a 100% fee waiver.

IIT Kharagpur
