SSC Stenographer 2024 registration begins for 2,006 vacancies; notification out
SSC Stenographer 2024 : The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started the SSC stenographer registration process for recruitment of approximately 2,006 vacancies. The SSC stenographer exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in October – November. Candidates who have skills in stenography are eligible to apply for the vacancies through the official website, ssc.gov.in.
The PC based test (CBT) will be held for enrollment to the “posts of Transcriber Grade ‘C’ (Gathering ‘B’, NonGazetted) and Transcriber Grade ‘D’ (Gathering ‘C’) in different services, divisions, associations including their appended workplaces, subordinate workplaces and legal groups of the Public authority of India situated in different states and Association Regions”.
The last date to apply for SSC Transcriber is August 17 up to 11 pm. A registration fee of Rs 100 will be required from applicants. However, there is no fee for female candidates, people of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM).
On August 18, the online portal for paying the registration fee will close at 11 p.m., and on August 27, the window for making changes to the submitted application form will open.
