SSC JE Examination City, Admit Card Expected To Be Released Today
SSC JE : The Staff Selection Committee (SSC) has rolled out an official notification informing about the exam city details for Paper 2 of the Junior Engineer exam 2024. As per the notification, the commission will release the examination city for the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2024 (Paper-II). Eligible candidates, who have applied for the upcoming SSC JE Exam 2024, can visit the official website of SSC, ssc.gov.in and check their city of examination from today, October 30.
In addition, the commission has announced that admit cards will also be available from October 30 onwards. Candidates must note that the SSC Junior Engineer examination is scheduled to take place on November 6. The SSC JE Paper II exam will cover civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines. Primarily, the recruitment drive aimed to fill a total of 968 vacancies, but the positions have now been increased to a total of 1,765.
“The candidates of Paper-II of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, & Electrical) Examination, 2024, can view their examination city details by logging in through the designated login module on the website of the Commission (https://ssc.gov.in/),” the official notice read.
SSC JE Exam 2024: How to Check Exam City?
Step 1: Candidates need to go to the official website of the commission — ssc.gov.in.
Step 2: Search for and click on the ‘Login or Register’ tab available on the homepage.
Step 3: Now, key in the asked credentials in the space designated and hit the submit button.
Step 4: Choose the exam name and year from the drop-down menu and click on ‘Check Status’ to know the status of the admission card.
Step 5: Once done, your SSC JE exam city slip will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Check your exam city and download a copy of the same for future reference.
Furthermore, the official notice states that the ‘Admission Certificate’ for the said examination will tentatively be available for download from today, that is, October 30. It also has to be noted that the same can be accessed through the designated login module on the commission’s website in a similar manner.
