NEET PG 2024 Admission: BFUHS Reopens Application Window Following Reduced Cut Off Percentile

NEET PG 2024 : Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has re-invited applications from NEET PG 2024 qualified candidates in light of the reduced cut-off percentile. As per the revised qualifying percentage, general and EWS category candidates need to secure at least 15 per cent marks, and SC, ST, OBC, and PWD candidates need to secure 10 per cent to apply for admission to NEET PG courses.

Candidates interested and eligible may apply for the counselling process must submit their application by January 10, 2025. The last date for submitting the applications for the NRI quota is also January 10, 2025, up to 5 PM.

Candidates who have already applied need not reapply. “The candidates who have already applied earlier, need not apply again. However, they will have to submit willingness alongwith security deposit to participate in 3rd round online counselling,” reads the official notice by BFUHS.

Candidates must note that the PCMS in-service candidates, who want to avail incentive marks, will have to submit the NOC duly issued by the Secretary to Govt. Of Punjab, Deptt. Of Health and Family Welfare/competent authority, personally in the University by January 10. In case, NOC is not received in university, the candidate will not be considered for incentive marks.

Besides, the PCMS candidates who have already registered and are now eligible to participate in the counselling due to reduced percentile are also required to submit their NOC personally by January 10. The requisite rural service for incentive marks will be counted up to March 31, 2024.

BFUHS NEET PG 2024 Admission Fees

General category candidates have to pay Rs 5000 plus 18 per cent GST while ST has to pay Rs 2500 plus 18 per cent GST. A security deposit of Rs 25000 for the eneral category, Rs 10000 for SC nd BC for government colleges, and Rs 2,00,000 for both government and private colleges.
