ISRO VSSC Invites Applications For 585 Apprentice Trainee Posts

ISRO : The Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), a division of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), is conducting a recruitment drive for Apprentice Trainee positions. Interested candidates can apply through the Ministry of Education’s NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in.

The recruitment drive seeks to fill 585 Apprentice Trainee positions at VSSC, comprising 273 Graduate Apprentice and 312 Technician Apprentice posts. Eligible applicants are invited to attend a walk-in interview at the VSSC Guest House, ATF area, near Veli Church in Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala. Those who appeared for the August 31 interview need not participate, the organisation has said.

Eligibility Criteria For ISRO VSSC Recruitment:

For Graduate Apprentice Posts: Candidates must possess B.E./B.Tech. in the relevant field from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 65 per cent marks or 6.84 CGPA.

For Technician Apprentice Posts: Applicants must hold a Diploma in the relevant engineering fields or Hotel Management / Catering Technology from a recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60 per cent marks or 6.32 CGPA.

Documents Required For ISRO VSSC Walk-in-interview:

Applicants must carry the following documents during the walk-in interview round:

— Graduation Certificate

— Consolidated Mark sheet

— Date of birth proof

— Caste/Community Certificate

— Non-Creamy Layer certificate

— Disability Certificate (if necessary)

— Experience Certificate (if any)

— Income and Asset certificate issued by Tahsildar

— Passport Size Photographs

— Registration Form ( For candidates who applied Online)

Selection Process For ISRO VSSC Recruitment:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in relevant examinations, with reservation categories taken into account. Apprentices will be recruited for 2024-25 training positions based solely on their ranking in the selection panel, subject to vacancy availability and the panel’s validity.
