IP University : Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has introduced a new MPharma programme starting from the academic session 2024-25. The MPharma programme will be offered at the centre of excellence in pharmaceutical sciences (CEPS) at the Dwarka campus, with 60 seats available for aspiring students.

The MPharma program admissions process has already begun. The university’s online application form is available to interested candidates. By August 14, 2024, at 3 p.m., the completed form and a demand draft for Rs. 2,500 made out to the Registrar must be brought to the University Facilitation Centre. The university’s official websites provide applicants with detailed information, which they are encouraged to review: ipuadmissions.nic.in and ipu.ac.in.

Candidates must have a BPharma degree with at least 55% marks to be considered for the MPharma program. The GPAT, the national level test, will be the primary consideration for admission. Admissions will be determined by the marks obtained on the B. Pharma. qualifying exam in the event that there are insufficient applicants with GPAT scores.

The MPharma program, which lasts two years, aims to provide students with comprehensive pharmaceutical sciences knowledge and skills. Graduates will be well-prepared for a variety of professional positions in the pharmaceutical industry thanks to the curriculum’s focus on the most recent developments and trends. A well-rounded educational experience will be provided to students through hands-on training, research projects, and industry internships.

The launch of the MPharma program by GGSIPU is consistent with the university’s commitment to expanding educational opportunities and improving academic offerings. At the Dwarka campus, the Centre of Excellence in Pharmaceutical Sciences (CEPS) has cutting-edge facilities and knowledgeable faculty members who are committed to providing high-quality instruction and fostering innovation in the pharmaceutical sciences field.
