IOCL Recruitment 2025: Apply For 456 Posts By Feb 13

IOCL Recruitment 2025 : The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited applications for Apprentice posts. The registration process began on January 24, 2025, and will continue until February 13, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of IOCL at iocl.com. This recruitment drive aims to fill 456 vacancies in the organisation.

IOCL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

The educational qualification required varies for each discipline. Candidates can check the detailed notification available on the official website for specific requirements.

The age limit for applicants should be between 18 years and 24 years as of January 31, 2025. However, age relaxation is applicable for certain categories:

Candidates belonging to PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) get a relaxation of up to 10 years.

SC/ST candidates receive an age relaxation of up to 15 years.

OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get a relaxation of up to 13 years.

Selection Process

Candidates who are registered on the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) / NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portals and apply for the recruitment will be considered for selection.

There will be no written test or interview for this recruitment. A merit list of all applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be prepared based on the percentage of marks secured in the required qualification for the post.

Candidates who qualify in the document verification process and clear the pre-engagement medical fitness test will be considered suitable for the apprenticeship. Those selected will be issued an Offer of Engagement for Apprenticeship Training.

Candidates will need the following documents during the application process:

  • Class 10 and 12 marksheets
  • ITI/Diploma/Degree certificates
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Domicile certificate
  • PwBD/EWS certificate (if applicable)
  • PAN card/Aadhaar card
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Signature
