Indian Army Recruitment 2024: 90 Vacancies, Salaries Up to Rs 2,50,000

Indian Army Recruitment : Indian Army has released a notification for the July 2025 batch under the Technical Entry Scheme (TES-53). Candidates who meet the qualification for these posts can apply by visiting the official website of the Indian Army.

A total of 90 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. The application process for these posts has begun, and candidates can apply on or before November 7. Those who wish to apply must read the following notification carefully.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Candidates applying for these posts should have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. It is also mandatory to appear for the JEE (Mains) 2024 examination.

Applicants applying for these posts should be between 16.5 years and 19.5 years of age as of July 01, 2025. The date of birth should not be before January 02, 2006 and after January 01, 2009 (both dates inclusive).

SALARY WILL BE GIVEN AS FOLLOWS:

  • RANK LEVEL (PAY IN INR) Lieutenant – Level 10 – 56,100-1,77,500
  • Captain – Level 10B – 61,300-1,93,900
  • Major – Level 11 – 69,400-2,07,200
  • Lieutenant Colonel – Level 12A – 1,21,200-2,12,400
  • Colonel – Level 13 – 1,30,600-2,15,900
  • Brigadier – Level 13A – 1,39,600-2,17,600
  • Major General – Level 14 – 1,44,200-2,18,200
  • Lieutenant General HAG Scale – Level 15 – 1,82,200- 2,24,100
  • Lieutenant General HAG + Scale – Level 16 – 2,05,400-2,24,400
  • VCOAS/Army Cdr/ Lieutenant General (NFSG) – Level 17 – 2,25,000/- (fixed)
  • COAS – Level 18 – 2,50,000/-(fixed)

Based on their applications, candidates will be shortlisted and called for the SSB interview. This process will consist of two phases: Phase-I: Preliminary Selection and Phase-II: Detail SSB Interview for Selected Candidates (a five-day process). A Medical Test will also be conducted after the SSB interview.
