IISER Counselling 2024: Round 1 seat allotment result soon

IISER Counselling 2024 : The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) will announce the round 1 seat allotment result soon. Candidates who registered for the counselling process will be able to download the IISER round 1 seat allotment result 2024 by visiting the official website, iiseradmission.in.

To view the IISER round 1 seat allotment result 2024, candidates will need to use their login credentials, such as their registration number and date of birth. The acceptance fee must be paid, documents must be uploaded, and applicants must indicate their willingness to be admitted. On July 20, the IISER round 2 seat allocation result for 2024 is probably going to be released. On July 26 (tentative), the seat allocation result for IISER round 3 will be released.

IISER Counselling 2024: Options after seat allotment
Candidates will have the following options to choose after being allotted a seat in IISER 2024 counselling.

Freeze option: When a candidate chooses the “freeze” option, it means they are satisfied with the seat allotted to them in the current round of counselling. They do not wish to participate in further rounds or consider any other seat options. Candidates lock their seat choice and confirm their acceptance.

Float option: Opting for “float” allows candidates to accept the currently allotted seat but also indicates their willingness to be considered for higher-preference choices in subsequent rounds of counselling. If a better seat becomes available in further rounds, they may opt for it.

Slide option: The “slide” option enables candidates to accept the currently allotted seat but also allows them to slide to a seat of higher preference within the same institution during subsequent rounds, if such a choice becomes available.
