IIM Lucknow launches new global leadership programme
In collaboration with Imarticus Learning, the Indian Institute of Management IIM Lucknow has launched a global senior leadership program, according to a statement. The program is pointed towards upskilling proficient supervisors who have something like five years of expert experience and are trying to get administrative roles in finance, HR, activities and promoting capabilities.
The institute’s statements go on to say that the program aims to teach professional managers how to deal with challenges in the field and how to communicate effectively with other CXOs inside and outside the organization. 11 masterclasses with current CXOs will be part of the program. These sessions will help candidates learn about real-world experiences.
Upon the fruitful culmination of the program, the applicants will likewise get the chief graduated class status of IIM Lucknow, the public statement gave by the foundation read.
