HCL Recruitment 2023: Educational qualification
- For the positions of Trade Mate (Mines) and Blaster (Mines), candidates are required to have passed the Matric exam in the 10+2 education system or its equivalent.
- For other trade positions, candidates should have completed their 10th-class education under the 10+2 system or its equivalent and must have successfully completed the relevant ITI course from a recognized institute in the respective trade.
