GATE 2023 Economics (AIR 5) desires admission in JNU or Delhi School of Economics over IIT
Dhruv Gupta, a final-year Economics (Hons) student at DCAC College, Delhi University, received a score of 78.67 out of 100 on Thursday to earn the all-India rank (AIR) 5 on the GATE 2023 (Economics) exam.
Regardless of getting a nice position, Dhruv is reluctant to join any of the IITs to seek after higher investigations. He prefers to pass the postgraduate entrance exams at JNU or DU. I only participated in the GATE for practice. Gupta stated, “My ultimate objective is to enroll in either JNU or Delhi School of Economics to pursue a master’s degree.”
The 20-year-old stated, “I did not join any coaching but borrowed material from my friends enrolled in different institutions” when discussing his preparation. Due to the excellent course structure at DU, I mostly followed only my graduation books. I didn’t go for undeniable level standard books and fairly centered around the previous year’s papers profoundly, comprehended what these tests really request, and reinforced those particular ideas from online stages like Google and YouTube,” Gupta said.
After completing his postgraduate studies, the Haryana boy hopes to pass the Indian Economics Service exam. Since I was a young child, my father instilled in me the desire to work as an IAS officer. By the time I graduated, I had learned more about IES and was more aware of the civil service. Since then, I have made the decision to pass this exam, and I have been studying for it since my early graduation years.
