CBSE Exams 2024: Annual pre-exam counselling from January 1
CBSE Exams 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is launching a psychological counselling programme from tomorrow, January 1. This initiative of CBSE aims to equip students and parents with tools and techniques to navigate exam stress effectively. The CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board exams start on January 1 and 15 February.
This psychological counseling program continues in two phases, one before the exam and one after the result, to alleviate exam stress for Class 10 and 12 students at CBSE-affiliated schools.
CBSE has been leading this program starting around 1998 and this will be its 26th year directing this mental advising program. The Board has effectively drawn in with understudies using youtube, facebook, and instagram as well as sharing other significant data via web-based entertainment throughout the long term.
“Youth experiences, aggression, depression, internet addiction disorder, exam stress, multimedia content on various topics like specific learning disabilities, substance use disorders, and life skills to deal with them can also be viewed and listened to.” CBSE stated in its statement.
By focusing on mental prosperity close by scholarly planning, CBSE’s pre-test directing system engages understudies to move toward their tests with more noteworthy certainty and versatility. This approach separates CBSE as an innovator in understudy driven schooling, cultivating a positive and tranquil climate for ideal execution.
