BPSC TRE 3.0 Counselling Date Postponed, Check Revised Schedule

BPSC TRE : There is a big update regarding teacher recruitment in Bihar. The counselling for recruitment to BPSC TRE 3.0 and Principal posts has been cancelled. The counseling for school teachers and principals was to be held from December 9 to 31. It will be held from December 20 to January 7, 2025.

However, it is not yet clear why the education department changed the date of counselling. Earlier the department had fixed the date of counselling from December 9 to 31. Candidates must note that the counselling of teachers will be done in their posting districts only.

The education department has informed that a total of 1,06,617 teachers have qualified for the counselling round. This includes 5971 headmasters, 21911 teachers from classes 1 to 5, as many as 16989 teachers from classes 6 to 8, and 66143 teachers who have passed the second competency examination.

The counselling of headmasters will be held in all districts on December 20 and 21. While the counselling of TRE passed teachers (class 1 to 12) will be held from December 23 to 28. Whereas, the counselling of teachers who have passed the second competency examination will be held from December 30 to January 7.

Meanwhile, the Bihar Public Service Commission is preparing to ban candidates found using unfair means in the BPSC 70th Combined Preliminary Examination for five years in competitive examinations. Many candidates at the Bapu Campus Examination Centre alleged that the seal of the paper was already open before the exam. Not only this, the paper was received with a delay of half an hour.

Some candidates alleged that the paper was leaked while several others claimed that they were not given the question paper. Many others alleged that they were given an open question paper. Apart from this, the question paper and OMR sheet were also found thrown on the road shortly after the examination started at noon.

Some of the candidates boycotted the examination at the Bapu Campus Examination Centre. Now such candidates are being identified. An FIR has also been registered against 50 to 60 unknown people who created a ruckus at the examination centre.
