Advanced Placement Exam 2025 Registration Begins

Advanced Placement Exam : The College Board has opened registrations for the 2025 Advanced Placement (AP) exams. The students can apply until November 15, 2024. This is an excellent opportunity for students in India, as AP exams enhance academic profiles and make university applications more competitive.

With the growing recognition of AP credits in India, students can now gain an edge in both domestic and international education. Notably, Universal AI University in Karjat, Mumbai, became the first institution in India to officially accept AP credits, marking a significant milestone.

The AP exams are set to take place at AP-authorized schools and testing centres from May 5 to 9 and May 12 to 16, 2025. Starting in May 2025, the College Board will phase out traditional paper testing for 28 AP exams, shifting to the Bluebook digital testing platform. Of these, 16 exams will be fully digital, while 12 will follow a hybrid digital format.

For the fully digital exams, students will answer both multiple-choice and free-response questions on the Bluebook platform, with all responses automatically submitted at the end of the exam.
