Woxsen University Placement Drive 2024: All students of MBA batch 2022-24 get job offers

Woxsen University: Woxsen University said all students in the MBA batch 2022-24 have got job offers during the campus placement drive 2024. The highest job offer of Rs 19 lakh was offered by fintech company Arcesium. The average salary during the Woxsen University campus placement drive 2024 was Rs 9.04 lakh per annum

According to the university, the top 20% of job offers had an average annual salary package of Rs 12.40 lakh. In addition, the placement drive was participated in by more than 85 businesses from the nation and abroad. The data innovation and related organizations which took part included Micron, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, TCS, Land Arrangements. Companies like Arcesium, Piramal Finance, ANZ Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, UBS, and Federal Bank were present in the finance and fintech sector.

A sum of 31% propositions for employment were made by IT/ITes organizations. Companies in the consulting and FMCG industries gave MBA students at Woxsen University 21 percent of their jobs. BFSI was responsible for 15% of job offers, while EdTech was responsible for 12%.

42% of students got jobs as business analysts, 32% got jobs as business development, 20% got jobs as finance associates, 4% got jobs as human resource managers, and 2% got jobs as business executives, according to hiring trends.

Despite the fact that the headwinds this year were not particularly favorable, Woxsen University continues to be steadfast in its commitment to cultivating talent and establishing meaningful connections with industry partners.
