West Bengal NMMS results 2023-24 declared for Class 8

West Bengal NMMS: Directorate of School Education, West Bengal, has declared the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Examination (NMMSE 2023-34) results for Class 8 students. Those who appeared in the WB NMMS exam will be able to check their results through the official website, scholarships.wbsed.gov.in. Along with the NMMS West Bengal results, the officials have also notified the district-wise selection list.

Understudies of Class 8 who got 55% or more stamps in Class 7 yearly test were qualified to show up in the midway supported NMMS test. Five percent unwinding in good grades was given to held class understudies.

The service of instruction has fixed the state standard recipients for West Bengal at 7,250. Understudies having a place with financially more fragile segments whose family pay is not as much as Rs 3,50,000 will be considered for the NMMS grant.

Understudies who have qualified the Psychological Capacity Test (MAT) and Academic Fitness Test (SAT) will be allowed the grant.

“There are two instructive regions notwithstanding 23 managerial locale in West Bengal. Those are Barrackpore training region (sub-division:- Barrakpore and Bidhannagar) and Siliguri schooling locale (sub-division:- Siliguri),” the DoE said.

How to check district-wise selection list
Students and parents can follow the steps given below to check the WB NMMSE results 2024.

Visit the WB NMMS official website, scholarships.wbsed.gov.in.
Click on the “NMMSE-2023 District Wise Selected Candidates List” under the Notice tab.
The dropdown will display the district-wise selection list.
Click on the district you applied to and appeared for the exam.
The selection list PDF will have name, roll number, district, school name and score obtained by the student.
Check using the roll number or name by pressing Ctrl+F.
If your name or roll number appears in the list, check the qualifying status.
Download the results for future reference.
