UPSC IES, ISS 2023 application starts for around 50 vacancies

Starting today, April 19, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will begin accepting registrations for the UPSC IES and ISS exams. The official UPSC IES/ISS 2023 notification can be downloaded by candidates from upsc.gov.in. By May 9, applicants will be able to sign up for UPSC IES/ISS 2023.

This recruitment campaign will result in the filling of up to 33 vacancies for the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) and 18 vacancies for the Indian Economic Service (IES). For the UPSC ISS 2023, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with statistics, mathematical statistics, or applied statistics as one of the subjects or a master’s degree in statistics, mathematical statistics, or applied statistics. For the IES, a candidate must have a postgraduate degree in economics, applied economics, business economics, or econometrics.

Competitors should be in great shape as per actual guidelines for admission to Indian Financial Help/Indian Measurable Help Assessment, 2023, the UPSC IES/ISS notice 2023 said.
